Accessibility Statement
ATC2 Merch is committed to making our website accessible to everyone — even if you’ve been on your 6th day straight and your eyes are bleeding from too many strips.
We believe all users, regardless of ability, should be able to navigate our site without needing to call clearance delivery for help.
What web accessibility is
-
Using clear, readable fonts and high-contrast colors
-
Ensuring alt-text on images (even the funny ones)
-
Making buttons and links keyboard-friendly
-
Structuring pages with logical headings
-
Avoiding flashing lights (unless we start selling rave shirts)

Declaration of partial compliance with the standard due to third-party content [only add if relevant]
Some pages on this site include content that is hosted or provided by third parties not under our control. These include elements belonging to [Instagram, YouTube, Printy, PayPal].
Because of this, we declare partial compliance with accessibility standards for these specific pages. We do our best to ensure usability but cannot guarantee the accessibility of third-party integrations.
Accessibility arrangements in the organization [only add if relevant]
ATC2 Merch is fully online. No storefront, no office, and no suspiciously quiet breakroom to wander into. There’s no parking lot, no elevator music and definitely no receptionist asking if you're “on the list.”
But if we did have a physical space, we’d make sure it had:
-
Accessible parking and curb ramps
-
Wide doors and clear aisles
-
A radar sweep sound when you walk in
-
Elevators that only stop at the breakroom and sarcasm levels
-
And maybe a snack drawer labeled “Do Not Touch” that everyone touches anyway
Since everything’s done online, we’re focused on making the site easy to use for everyone.
That means clean navigation, readable fonts, and accessibility tools that actually work.
Requests, issues, and suggestions
Accessibility is an ongoing effort — if something’s not working for you, tell us.
We take all feedback seriously, unless it’s about fonts. We like our fonts.
