Welcome to ATC2 Merch. By using this site or buying anything from us you agree to the following terms. If that sounds too intense maybe just buy socks instead.

1. General

ATC2 Merch is an independent online store selling made-to-order apparel and accessories. We're not affiliated with the FAA NATCA or any agency that files official memos about morale.

2. Orders

Everything is made to order
Once you hit “Buy” your order is locked in
We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason including but not limited to being weird

3. Shipping

Fulfillment takes about 3 to 5 business days
We ship only within the United States
Standard shipping is free
We are not responsible for delays lost packages or incorrectly entered addresses

4. No Returns or Refunds

All sales are final
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for any reason including wrong size wrong address or buyer’s remorse

If your item arrives damaged or misprinted we’ll do our best to work with the manufacturer to fix it but there are no guarantees
Let us know within 7 days of delivery and include a photo so we can try

5. Intellectual Property

All designs logos and content are owned by ATC2 Merch
Don’t steal them
Seriously we will find out and put your name on the next shirt

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use this site to break any laws
Copy or scrape our content
Pretend you're us
Try to build a knockoff version of the store (you’d fail anyway)

7. No Promises

We don’t promise this merch will improve morale impress your sup or fix staffing
It won’t
It’s just a shirt

8. Changes to Terms

These terms might change
If they do we’ll update the page
