All Sales Are Final
Because everything is made to order just for you we do not offer refunds for any reason.
That includes:

Ordering the wrong size

Changing your mind
-
Realizing you already have 47 ATC shirts

Or discovering your sup doesn’t think it’s funny
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item shows up damaged or misprinted we get it — that sucks.
Email atc2@execs.com within 7 days of delivery and include:

A clear photo of the item
-
Your order number
-
A quick explanation of what went wrong
We’ll try to work with the manufacturer to get it fixed but we can’t guarantee anything. We don’t control their process only their planes.
What You Can Expect
If the manufacturer approves a replacement we’ll get it shipped out
If they don’t we’ll let you know
We’re not trying to leave you hanging but again — no promises
